Walking Track Description
If you’ve just had a BBQ at the popular Euroka clearing or need to work up an appetite before lunch, this easy bush track is a great way to slow down or connect with the best of the Blue Mountains.
From the east, lower section of the Euroka clearing, a path can be found leading over a small wooden bridge and into a narrow clearing before entering the forest.
The sandy track follows a creek (full of loud frogs) and continues east along the side of an occasionally deep valley until it zig zags down hill to the Nepean River.
Where it descends to the river, the track’s stone steps can be a little tricky for those less mobile, but it’s certainly not a difficult walk – just take your time.
